Description

B Complex Plus, by Seeking Health, is formulated with bioavailable, well-tolerated forms of B complex vitamins and cofactors shilajit extract (providing fulvic acid) and choline. B complex vitamins are required for optimal health, particularly for healthy nervous system function and useful for supporting neurological system requirements as it is the only form of folate that crosses the blood-brain barrier.* The active form of folate, 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF), is included to help ensure an immediate response on metabolism compared to synthetic folic acid, the form commonly found in other supplements.* 5-MTHF is especially useful for supporting neurological system requirements as it is the only form of folate that crosses the blood-brain barrier.* B Complex from Seeking Health Benefits:
  • Supports healthy nervous system and neurotransmitter production*
  • Healthy liver function*
  • Fat and protein metabolism*
  • Muscle tone in GI tract*
B-Vitamins can support healthy energy levels. Many people have tried this B Complex and complimented the effectiveness compared to liquid forms. Drinking an 8 oz glass of water has been noted in assisting B-Vitamins in dissolving quicker.* L-5-MTHF is especially useful for supporting neurological system requirements as it is the only form of folate that crosses the blood-brain barrier.* The methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin forms of vitamin B12 used in this complex are readily absorbed and used by the body. B Complex Plus by Seeking Health was formulated by Dr Ben Lynch to provide a potent dose of B complex vitamins in one capsule, all in forms chosen for bioavailability and tolerability in sensitive patients. Frequently Asked Questions

Is it safe for someone who does not have the MTHFR gene mutation to use this supplement? Yes, Methylfolate is the preferred form of folate to use – as well as folinic acid. Folic acid is a burden to human physiology while methylfolate and folinic acid are readily available and functional. Does the niacin contained in this product interfere with absorption of the other methylated B vitamins? No, the amount of niacin included in the B Complex Plus is not enough to interfere with the absorption of active methyl- forms of other B vitamins. Niacin, too, is a very important nutrient. Dr. Lynch explains the use and safety of niacin supplements here. Is this product corn free? Ascorbyl palminate is derived in part from corn oil.
